For events at both The Lodge and Kayla's Korner, we’ll give you a call 4-5 weeks before your actual event to set up the floor-plan meeting.

In this meeting we’ll sit down and come up with the entire timeline for the day.  We’ll take down all your vendor information and coordinate specific times for deliveries and pick-ups.  We’ll also be able to schedule decorating times and rehearsals during this meeting.

  But most importantly is the floor-plan for the actual set-up of the room.  We’ll be able to diagram where each table and chair will be placed on the day of the event before your arrival.  You will be able to take this floor-plan to your next appointments with your dj, caterer, and florist, so they’ll know exactly what to expect. 

During this meeting you’ll find out if the building is available to decorate the day before your event.  We’ll also be able to schedule your rehearsal time if needed.

For the Beach House events, we'll also call 4-5 weeks before the event, to take down all vendor information and come up with a timeline for the event.  We can also schedule a time for you to meet and discuss suggestions for the best possible set ups for the tables and chairs at your event.
