Lake Lyndsay is pleased to offer three separate and very unique ceremony venues and reception halls in the Cincinnati and Dayton areas.  Each of the three venues are located on the same property and situated around a beautiful 42 acre lake.  Each location has its own scenic atmosphere and appeal.

Its important to understand the most sizable difference between us and the typical "all inclusive" reception venue, is the freedom to choose.  At Lake Lyndsay we provide you with the location and allow you to make all the important decisions.  We let you determine whether you would like for family or friends to provide the food and drinks.  Or we'll help you find a caterer that would be perfect for your event.  This also applies to any other service or detail you may wish to use on your special day.

If you need assistance along the way, we're more than happy to help by recommending qualified vendors that we’ve worked with in the past.  The important thing is for you not to feel like you're being forced into anything, or have limited options to choose from.  We want you to be overjoyed and happy about the selections you’ve made for your event.  You are in control, just let us know how we can help.

Here at Lake Lyndsay, while allowing you to choose the important arrangements, we're always here every step of the way to make sure the entire process is enjoyable and as stress-free as possible.


6 Full Hours for the Reception

We also give you 6 full hours for your wedding reception and you’ll have an additional ½ an hour if the outdoor wedding ceremony is being held at our venue as well. 

This 6 1/2 hour timeframe doesn’t even include decorating and set up!  If the building that you've rented is available on the day prior to your event, you can come decorate from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  If the building has been rented the day prior, you’ll be able to come out at 8:00 am on the morning of your event to decorate the space. 

We'll be able to determine which day you can decorate at the "floor-plan" meeting, which takes place about 4 weeks before your event.  During this meeting we'll come up with a timeline for the day, schedule vendor deliveries, determine if you can share the cost of rental items (such as ceremony chairs) with other brides, schedule rehearsals, sketch a floor-plan, and go over any last minute details.
